We're looking for motivated door-to-door sales reps to help grow Bronte Window Cleaning across Oakville and Burlington this season. No experience required — we'll train you.
$20/hr or 25% commission

What you'll be doing
- Canvassing neighbourhoods door-to-door to book window cleaning estimates and jobs
- Explaining our services and pricing to homeowners with confidence
- Booking appointments directly using our scheduling system
- Inputting client information into our CRM system
- Following up with leads and building repeat customer relationships
What we're looking for
- Comfortable talking to people and knocking on doors
- Self-motivated — you set your own pace and hours
- Reliable transportation to get around your assigned area (transportation included in select neighborhoods)
- 15+ years old
- No experience necessary — full training and scripts provided
💰 How pay works
You'll earn $20/hour or 25% commission on the jobs you book — whichever is higher. So there's a guaranteed baseline pay, plus your earning potential is uncapped on top of it. On average, reps make about $150 in a 3-hour door-knocking shift. The more doors you knock and jobs you book, the more you make. We'll walk you through the exact structure during your interview.
